What are the Event Dates?

What are the Show Hours and the Exhibit Move-In & Move-Out Times?

What size are the booths?
All booths are 10’ x 10’ but can be joined to create larger spaces.

Does the booth come with any furnishings?
No. All furnishing including carpet, chairs, tables, wastebaskets, can be rented through the Official PACEshow Service Provider, Viper Trade Show Services, (816) 541-8025.  Viper provides a secure online platform to place your order. Details will be e-mailed to each exhibitor in December. 

What is included in my contract to exhibit? 
You will receive and a 10’x10’ exhibit space; pipe and drape in show colors; one ID sign to include company name and booth number; up to 4 badges per 10’x10’ booth; and one complimentary access to the Lead Retrieval Scanner or App per company.

Electric service IS NOT included. You must order electricity from Smart City, 816.820.1178 in advance or at the Kansas City Convention Center. 

What are show colors?
Drape: Black
Aisle Carpet: "Speckled Grey" (grey with black flecks) 

Will there be a list of attendees available?
For registered exhibitors, a mailing list of attendees from the prior year’s show can be requested for marketing purposes after November 1st. Within a week after the show, all exhibitors are eligible to receive a mailing list of the attendees from the current show upon request – simply e-mail us at [email protected] to request the list.

What is the best way to obtain complete attendee contact information - including email addresses?
Use the complimentary access to the Lead Retrieval Scanner or App that is included in your exhibit booth fee. 

I do not want to exhibit, but would like to walk the floor.
If you are eligible to exhibit, you may attend the show as a Non-Exhibiting Vendor. The Non-Exhibiting Vendor Fee is the same cost as the member &/or non-member single booth fee.

Should you register as an attendee and are not eligible; your registration will be removed from the database and you will not be allowed access to the PACEshow floor.

Potential future exhibitors can request to visit the show floor accompanied by a staff person for a short (maximum 15 minutes) tour. Your request must be received in writing prior to January 10th – thereafter, you will be contacted to schedule a specific time.
